PC1060 and other newer digital desktop machines jamming or paper jammed in machine: If paper is jamming or jammed in the fuser, do not poke sharp objects in machine to get paper out! If you can access the paper at all, pull it in the NORMAL DIRECTION! If you can't get to the paper or there is still some inside the machine, you will have to call us. Because of the design of this machine, we will need to dismantle it to remove the paper. If there is damage to the fuser, it will need replaced.
