All Models - Error Codes: Each machine has its own set of error codes. Please call us to decipher your particular code. Some machines without a display, will light or flash panel lights in a particular order. This is their form of error code. Make a note of the lights and if they are flashing or on solid.
HP 4000 Series - Groaning when printing. This will usually require new feed rollers. DCS carries these in stock.
All Laser Models - Poor print quality Generally speaking, there are only 2 things that cause this, the toner cartridge and the fuser. If you are using a cheap remanufactured cartridge, that may be the problem. Try putting in a new cartridge. If the problem is still there, we may need to replace the fuser. We have most HP fusers in stock. |
